Refunds & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Giga-Mint.com.

Giga-Mint offers digital products, including NFTs and digital badges, which are delivered electronically. All products are digital and delivered to a user’s wallet; no physical items are shipped.

Return Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital blockchain-based products, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in cases where:

• The product was not delivered
• There was a technical issue preventing access

Non-Returnable Items

Once an NFT or digital badge has been successfully delivered to a wallet, it may not be eligible for return.
